How to Return an item?
All orders may be cancelled / returned up to 14 days of date of order or 14 days of receipt of goods, whichever is the later, providing the goods have not been opened and it is the full order which is being returned. We cannot accept part order returns unless goods are faulty.
1. Please mail your returned item to:

2. Please clearly label your package outside that it is a return and include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return.
3. Please maintain postage proof of return
Returns of any used items or not in original packing will be rejected unless there is a manufacturer defect
All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund postage and handling costs paid on the order.
We will consider item exchange if returned item is unused and in its original packing.
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded at your request, however we must be advised of any damaged goods upon receipt of the item.
This should be via telephone (0121 270 6644) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and be logged with us within 24 hours of receipt.
If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the additional postage cost of returning the item to us
