DELIVERY & HANDLING

We always try to dispatch orders within 1 working day of cleared payments being received. Orders received before 12pm should receive same day dispatch, other than busy trading times. We ship orders Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

We use Royal Mail to dispatch smaller orders 2nd class (1-2 Days Delivery) and use courier service to dispatch heavier courier items (anything more than 2kg). We have found these companies to be excellent in their service delivery.  Orders shipped on a Friday may NOT be delivered on the following Saturday unless a specific service is requested.

We sell to both the UK and all EU Countries.

Please also note that many of our items can be quite heavy by nature and can be costly to deliver to remote areas. This is due to surcharges levied by the carriers on us.

Due to courier restrictions additional postage will be applied to the following areas:

Channel Islands: All postcodes containing GY and JE

Isle of Man: All postcodes containing IM

Scilly Isles: TR21-TR25

Scottish Islands: All postcodes containing KW / HS1-HS9 / IV41-IV49 / IV51 / IV55-IV56 / KA27-KA28 / PA20-PA80 / PH4-PH50 / ZE1-ZE3

Scottish Highlands: All postcodes containing AB and IV / KW1-KW14 / PA21-PA38 / PA80 / PH16-PH26 / PH30-PH41 / PH49-PH50

SPECIAL DELIVERY UPGRADE OPTION

For those in a hurry!

We can upgrade some of our orders delivered to UK Mainland Postcodes to a Next Day By 1pm Delivery Service.  For Royal Mail orders, this is £6.50. For courier orders it is £5.  This charge is added to standard delivery costs.  It still does NOT include delivery on a Weekend or a Bank Holiday.  Delivery on a weekend is an ADDITIONAL £12.50 for Royal Mail and £18 for a courier, making postage £18 on top of the standard cost for Royal Mail and £22 for Courier.

3 – The delivery address is a standard UK Mainland address
